1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using SQEwise, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Service description

SQEwise provides SQE1 revision materials including mock tests, flashcards, study notes, and AI-generated content. Content is for revision purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.

3. Subscriptions and payment

• Subscriptions are billed on a weekly (£6.99), monthly (£14.99) or 3-monthly (£35.99) basis
• Payment is processed by Stripe. By subscribing you agree to Stripe's terms
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You may cancel at any time via My Account — access continues until the end of the paid period

4. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. Refunds are handled case-by-case. Contact hello@sqewise.com within 7 days of purchase.

5. Acceptable use

You must not: share your account credentials; attempt to scrape or copy our question bank; reverse-engineer the platform; use the service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

All content on SQEwise — including questions, notes, and flashcards — is owned by SQEwise Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute content without written permission.

7. Disclaimer

SQEwise is a revision tool. We do not guarantee exam results. Content is reviewed for accuracy but may contain errors. Always refer to official SRA guidance and authoritative legal sources.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SQEwise Ltd's liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
